Hello Dear Friends!
I hope you have been enjoying these last beautiful weeks of summer! I am but am really looking forward to my favorite time of year, autumn! I love the invitation of autumn to slow down as the weather calls us indoors to rest, nourish and comfort ourselves with warm clothes and food. Autumn has much to teach us about transition and letting go as we move along in our annual cycle of death and rebirth.
I love to live with the seasons, and for me these last weeks of summer are about transitioning and letting go of the things I planted in springtime that flourished so beautifully in the summer as I turn inwards and tend the soil for next year. This year I am in possibly the biggest transition of my life and am really happy to share with you that my body is preparing to bring a new baby human into the world this winter!
I'm feeling the potency of this season change within me and around me and am feeling it's a powerful time for ceremony and to set intentions for what we wish to call in and create in our lives! This is a time to honor new beginnings and ideas and to make quiet space to allow our deep wisdom to share insights with us as we move forward towards release, renewal and healing.
I have always felt the importance of ceremony and ritual and often a lack of its presence in our culture. So I am continuing to hold my own ceremonies and finding immense power in them! Our intentions are so transformative. 🌟❤️
I will be holding several ceremonies this autumn including an Autumn Intention Ceremony, a Releasing Ceremony and a Womb Awakening Ceremony. You can find more details about all of them below! 🔥❤️✨
I am also so happy to announce that I am once again offering individual energy and sound healing sessions at SomaSpace in NE Portland! I have been so grateful for the space I took to be with the changes of early pregnancy and my wedding and am now really excited to be returning fully to my work.
If you have been wanting to experience any of my offerings, this autumn is a good time as I will be putting my practice on hold again in early winter once baby is closer to joining us.
